外国人居住证如何办理？

Foreigners who need to apply for a residence permit must work or start a business in an employer registered in the Yangtze River Delta Integrated Development Demonstration Zone. They must also hold a Permanent Resident Card for Foreigners. Foreigners who are in Wujiang and Jiashan can apply for Shanghai Overseas Talent Residence Permit even if they are not in Shanghai, as long as they meet the application requirements.

需要申领居住证的外籍人员必须在长三角一体化发展示范区内注册的用人单位工作或者创办企业。同时必须持有《外国人永久居留身份证》。身在吴江、嘉善的外籍人士，只要符合申请条件的，即使不在上海，也可以申领上海市海外人才居住证。

Employers through the "one network to do" platform to apply, upload relevant materials and photos, pre-qualified, to the acceptance window to submit the application materials on site.

用人单位通过“一网通办”平台提出申请，上传相关材料和照片，预审通过后，向受理窗口现场提交申请材料。

After receiving the application materials, the window is complete and meet the legal requirements of the form, shall be accepted on the spot, and issued a written acceptance certificate; incomplete materials or does not meet the legal requirements of the form, shall be informed in writing of the need to correct all materials.

受理窗口收到申请材料后，对材料齐全且符合法定形式要求的，应当场受理，并出具书面受理凭证；对材料不齐全或者不符合法定形式要求的，应当场书面告知需要补正的全部材料。

Acceptance window shall be issued from the date of acceptance voucher within 2 working days, the application information, materials transferred to the City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

受理窗口应当自出具受理凭证之日起2个工作日内，将申请信息、材料移送市人力资源社会保障局。

Applicants can print the "Notice for Shanghai Residence Permit" (B card) online through the "One Network to Do" platform and collect the physical document from the Exit-Entry Administration of the Municipal Public Security Bureau.

申请人可通过“一网通办”平台在线打印《办理〈上海市居住证〉（B证）通知书》后至市公安局出入境管理局领取实体证件。
