238㎡豪宅｜云行空间建筑设计
住宅，是情绪的集结地，这里充满欢笑与忧伤。每一个生活片段都演绎着不同的故事。这些故事的旋律时而宁静怡人，时而激烈狂放。作为生活最真实的写照，它无需遵循固定的风格或看似冷酷的设计。

今天，我们来到这个建于七十年代的砖混房屋，它见证了岁月的变迁，如今已经迎来了一位全新的主人——一个温馨的三口之家。
云行空间建筑设计团队受邀为这个老屋进行“重生”改造，他们将原始的木制坡顶结构保留下来，并巧妙地弱化了设计的痕迹，还原了家庭成员之间最本真的相处状态，同时提升了空间氛围。
The architectural design team of Yunxing Space was invited to "regenerate" the old house. They retained the original wooden slope top structure, cleverly weakened the traces of the design, restored the most authentic relationship between family members, and improved the space atmosphere.
一楼是这个家庭中情感最为浓烈、交流最为频繁的场所。设计师以中轴线将空间划分为左右两部分，左侧是宽敞的餐厨区域，与客厅相通，营造出开放与互动的氛围。客厅里有一个秋千，伴随着孩子们的欢声笑语，女孩一天天长大。
The first floor is the most emotional and frequent communication place in the family. The designer divides the space into the left and right parts with the central axis, and the left side is the spacious restaurant kitchen area, which is connected with the living room, creating an open and interactive atmosphere. There was a swing in the living room, with the laughter of the children, the girl grew up.
设计师通过巧妙的布局和层次感的强调，让这个老屋焕发出了新的生机。双坡屋顶的结构优势被巧妙地利用，为空间提供了更好的隔层条件，同时打破了原始空间的封闭感。设计师重新组织了空间，为三口之家量身定制了整体与个体的专属生活区域，解决了开放与封闭的原始结构限制。改造后的房屋不仅更加实用，而且充满了家的温馨和场景感。
Designer through clever layout and layers of emphasis, let this old house coruscate gave new vitality. The structural advantages of the double-slope roof are skillfully used, providing better separation layer conditions for the space, while breaking the sense of closure of the original space. The designer reorganized the space and tailored the exclusive living area of the whole and the individual for the family of three, solving the original structural limitations of open and closed. The renovated house is not only more practical, but also full of home warmth and sense of scene.
设计师希望保留的是建筑的历史记忆，因此在厨房建造了一面未加修饰的红砖高墙，与海水绿石材共同呼应着70年代的设计语言，这些元素正是当时的流行趋势。
The designer wanted to preserve the historical memory of the building, so they built an unadorned red brick high wall in the kitchen, echoing the design language of the 1970s with seawater green stone. These elements were just the trend of the time.
在这个现代居所中还原出了震撼人心的岁月之美，同时又保留了更为舒适的功能布局。分割餐厨空间的柜体、白色柜面的厨房、大花绿台面的西厨、岛台连接餐桌等细节考虑得十分周到，充分考虑了烹饪操作、收纳用餐等各方面的生活细节。
In this modern residence, we restore the stunning beauty of the years, while retaining a more comfortable functional layout. 沿着双坡屋顶的结构，设计了一个四周留槽的悬空吊顶样式，并在原本的天窗处镂空保留了来自顶部的采光。随着阳光一起倾泄而下的还有整面的书架墙，颜色素净、结构分明，钢架结构的楼梯斜穿其间，更显轻盈通透地建立起与二层的连接。
Along the structure of the double slope roof, we designed a suspended ceiling style with grooves, and retained the lighting from the top in the original skylight. As the sun pours down together still have the whole bookshelf wall, the color is clear, the structure is distinct, the stair of steel frame structure slanting through the meantime, more show light and transparent to establish the connection with two floors.
来到卧室空间，木质与素色成为这里的主流格调。为了顺应当前的生活习惯，空间充裕，除了睡觉之外也不限制其他功能的发挥。衣柜和独立的衣帽间可以解决大量的储物问题。
Come to the bedroom space, woodiness and plain color become the mainstream style here. In order to adapt to our current living habits, have ample space, and do not limit other functions besides sleeping. Wardrobe and independent cloakroom can solve a lot of storage problems.
二层扩充的空间是女孩成长的天地。我们保留了老屋创新的空间中的海洋板吊顶的光泽和质地温度。整个二层除了少量的房间之外就是长长的走道，其余部分都是挑空的，与楼下的公共空间保持了最密切的联系。
The expanded space on the second floor is the world where girls grow up. We retain the luster and texture temperature of the ocean board ceiling in the innovative space of the old house. The whole second floor in addition to a small number of rooms is a long walkway, the rest of the parts are empty, and the downstairs to maintain the closest contact with the public space.
