1. Whether the foreigner has illegal records in China, such as criminal and civil cases, overstaying, and failing to register for temporary accommodation while staying in China for a long time.1. 外国人是否在华有违法记录,例如刑事、民事案件,超期滞留,长期停留在华却没有按时办理临时住宿登记等。
2. Whether the foreigner is in good health and meets the age requirements.
2. 外国人是否身体健康,是否符合满足年龄要求。
3. Foreigners apply for positions closely related to their previous work experience and major in school.
3. 外国人应聘职位与以往工作经历、学校主修专业息息相关。
4. If the foreigner is working in a special profession (language teacher, doctor, lawyer, athlete, etc.), whether he/she has the relevant qualification certificate.

5. Whether the foreigner has provided complete educational background, no crime and previous work experience and certification documents.

1. The date of establishment and tax payment of the employer.

2. The amount of registered capital of the employer, the number of employees, and the social security records of the purchased employees.
2. 用人单位的注册资金额度,员工人数,以及购买员工社保记录。
3. The size of the employer's office, whether the office is real (virtual address or affiliated address is not feasible, involving violation of immigration regulations, once found, the visa will be refused or immediately cancelled).
3. 用人单位办公场所规模,办公场所是否真实存在(虚拟地址或者挂靠地址都是不可行的,涉及违反出入境法规,一经发现,签证将被拒或立即被注销)。
4. The wages and salaries paid by the employer to hire foreign employees shall not be lower than the local minimum wage standard.
4. 用人单位所支付聘用外籍员工的工资、薪金不能低于当地最低工资标准。
5. The employer shall conclude a labor contract with the employed foreign employee in accordance with the law.
5. 用人单位与被聘用的外籍员工应依法订立劳动合同。

For the employment contract signed between the employer and the foreign employee, the position applied for, the work content, the salary amount and the personal income tax payment situation will be sent to the employer for actual verification. If the actual job position and the work content of the foreign employee are found to be inconsistent with the labor contract, the visa will be refused and the employer will be fined.
6. 用人单位与外籍员工签订的劳动合同,其申请职位、工作内容、薪水额度及个税缴纳情况,出入境会有可能派人去用人单位实际核查,如果发现外籍员工实际工作职位和工作内容与劳动合同不相符,将会拒发签证,用人单位还会被罚款。
