5. Cancellation of the foreigner's Work Permit

1. The maximum validity period of the Foreign Work Permit for foreign entrepreneurial talents and team members is 6 months, and shall not exceed the validity period of the signed incubation agreement and the house lease contract (the non-temporary office contract) of the applicant's passport or other international travel documents. Before the expiration of the license, the park or the incubator carrier should make a business evaluation, and apply for extension or cancellation as required.

2. The park or the incubation carrier shall, 30 days before the expiry date of the Work License for Foreigners, make a good business evaluation, and apply for extension or cancellation as required.
