The Jinan Public Security Bureau's Entry and Exit Administration explained that foreign nationals in Jinan, who need to travel frequently for business, technical cooperation, or other legitimate reasons, can apply for multiple-entry visas valid for up to five years. This can be done before the current visa expires, using relevant documents such as an invitation letter from a local enterprise.

济南市公安局出入境管理局解释说，在济南的外国人，如果因商务、技术合作或其他合法理由需要频繁旅行，可以申请有效期长达五年的多次入境签证。这可以在当前签证到期前使用相关文件进行，例如当地企业的邀请函。

Additionally, it offers visa facilitation measures for foreign business people who may require urgent access to Jinan, and provides more convenient and flexible channels for them to come to Jinan. Relax the conditions for foreigners coming to China to apply for port visas, foreigners who urgently need to come to Jinan to engage in non-diplomatic and official activities such as business negotiations, trade exchanges, installation and maintenance, participation in exhibitions and conferences, and investment and entrepreneurship, and who are unable to complete their visas outside of China in time, they can apply for port visas with the Invitation Letter of the enterprise and other relevant documents to the Exit and Entry Administration Bureau of the Public Security Bureau of Jinan City for entry after entering the country.
