Foreigners who change jobs must apply for the process of foreigners' transfer of employment simultaneously. If the work unit is changed, but the work permit is not changed, it does not meet the requirements for foreigners to work in China and will be regarded as illegal employment. Cancel existing work permit

SFBC reminder: If there are accompanying family members, each family member needs to provide supporting materials and corresponding kinship proof materials. It usually takes 10 working days (15 working days during peak hours) for the entry and exit Administration to process the materials.
