On the afternoon of November 14, Ukrainian national Nasijia (known in English as Benko Anastasiia), accompanied by her husband from Guangyuan, Sichuan Province, received her new permanent residency card for foreigners—the "Five-Star Card"—at the Guangyuan Exit-Entry Reception Hall. This marks the first "Five-Star Card" issued in Guangyuan since the new version of the card was introduced.

Nasijia applied for the permanent residency card on April 26, 2024, based on family reunification at the Guangyuan Exit-Entry Hall. The Guangyuan Municipal Public Security Bureau’s Exit-Entry Management Division promptly processed her application, assisted with the necessary paperwork, and successfully facilitated her receipt of the foreigner’s permanent residence card for family reunification.

娜思佳于2024年4月26日根据家庭团聚在广元出入境大厅申请了永久居留卡。广元市公安局出入境管理支队迅速处理了她的申请，协助完成了必要的文件工作，并成功协助她获得了家庭团聚的外国人永久居留卡。
