Recently, the global Visa information website VisaGuide.World has released its ranking of the world's most powerful passports as of December 2023.

The Singaporean passport, listed second, and the Japanese passport, listed 15th, are the only two non-European passports in the top 20.

World's third and Europe's second strongest passport is the German one. Fourth in this ranking is listed Italy, followed by France fifth, the Netherlands sixth, Finland seventh, Sweden eighth, Norway ninth, and then Denmark completing the top ten list. Aside from Singapore listed second and Japan 15th, all the other passports listed in the top 20 are European as well.
