hahahaha1279 之前高脂饮食瘦了 因为脂肪多了碳水就少了。同时不饿 吃的整体少了 自然就瘦了🙂 同时多吃脂肪多用脂肪。高脂很适合间歇性断食时用,并且吃进去的脂肪容易被直接用作能量,不容易被储存或转化成自体脂肪。脂肪还是消化最慢饱腹感最强的能源。 多吃脂肪还能帮助身体学会利用自体脂肪作为平时优先消耗使用的能源,从而减少自体脂肪。👍 fat have 9 calories which is more than twice the calories or energy than protein or carbohydrates. ( the method we use to calculate calories needs improvement because the lab settings are very different from our stomach and how our body use energy. Our stomach are not made from glass nor does it burn food. It used acid and chemistry reactions. And why would we calculate calories by measuring the amount of temperature increased when burning food in a glass tube?) However fat has a lot of energy and it takes the longest for our stomach to digest. It consumes the most energy when we digest fat. And we can use fat very efficiently meaning for a long time. So basically fat provide us with a lot of energy to use and stay not hungry for a long time.
