For beginners, we don’t need to understand all the training methods, programs, movements, supplement or eating style in order to build muscle. We simply need to remember, muscle building is just progressive overloading. Training the muscles along its natural range of motion, stretch then shorten the muscle, get to effective reps.
Meaning Let our limbs and torso moves in a way that’s safe, and comfortable for the joint. Let the weight be in-line with the directions our muscle fiber.
