This service allows for simultaneous approval of work and residence permits for foreigners, reducing the processing time for both documents to within 10 working days. Employers can simply submit the "Notice of Application for Foreign Work Permit and Residence Permit" through the "Foreign Work Management Service System" to enjoy this convenience. Once the online pre-review is approved, they can follow staff instructions to complete the process in person and collect both the work permit and residence permit, significantly enhancing service quality and efficiency.
这项服务允许外国人同时获得工作和居住许可的批准，将两项文件的处理时间缩短至10个工作日内。雇主只需通过“外国人工作管理服务系统”提交“外国人工作许可和居住许可申请通知”，即可享受这一便利。一旦在线预审获得批准，他们可以按照工作人员的指示亲自完成流程并领取工作许可和居住许可，显著提高服务质量和效率。

This newly established window at the Exit-Entry Administration Service Hall further reduces the approval and processing time for permits, optimizing the completion time from a maximum of 25 working days to 15 working days. The process has been streamlined from requiring at least three visits to two different locations to just one visit to a single location, greatly improving service quality for foreign personnel in Dandong.
