1.Outstanding foreign university graduates who have obtained a bachelor's degree from a high-level university abroad and plan to work in employers within the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone

2.在上海地区高校取得本科学历（学位），拟在上海自由贸易试验区内用人单位工作的外国留学生。(2)Application conditions

（二）申请条件：1. At least 18 years old, in good health;

1.年满18周岁，身体健康；2. Having the corresponding educational background, degree, and professional skills to engage in their work;

2.具有从事其工作所相应的学历与学位以及专业技能；3. No record of bad behavior during school;

3.在校期间无不良行为记录；4. No criminal record;

4.无犯罪记录；5. Foreign university graduates generally need to meet the conditions for graduation within 2 years. Excellent foreign university graduates refer to graduates with an average score of no less than 80 points (on the percentage system, other scoring systems are converted to the percentage system) or B+/B (hierarchical system) or above;

5.外籍高校毕业生一般需满足毕业2年以内的条件，优秀外籍高校毕业生是指平均成绩不低于80分（百分制，其他分制换算成百分制处理）或B+/B（等级制）及以上的毕业生； 6. The standards for high-level universities at home and abroad shall refer to the publicly announced content of the national "Foreigner Work Permit Management Service System";

7.有确定的聘用单位，且该单位在本市行政区域内正常经营及依法开展活动。外籍高校毕业生从事工作岗位与所学专业对口，薪酬原则上不低于本市职工平均工资。8. Holding a valid passport or other international travel document that can replace a passport.

8.持有有效护照或能代替护照的其他国际旅行证件。

1.《外籍高校毕业生来中国（上海）自由贸易试验区工作证明申请表》（点击下载）（原件一份）；2. The valid business license or other legal registration certificate of the employer (check the original and submit a copy);

2.用人单位有效的营业执照或其他法定注册登记证明（查验原件，交复印件一份）；3. Employment reason report (the employer shall specify the reasons for hiring employees with a bachelor's degree);

3.聘用原因报告（用人单位写明聘用本科学历（学位）员工的原因）；4. Signed labor contract (check the original and submit a copy);

4.签订的劳动合同（查验原件，交复印件一份）；5. The applicant's valid passport and visa (check the original and submit a copy);

5.申请人有效护照及签证（查验原件，交复印件一份）；6. 1.填写申请表After foreign university graduates sign a labor contract with employers registered in the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone, fill out the "Application Form for Foreign University Graduates to Work in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone" , and the applicant must sign it; The employer shall fill in the unit information and affix the official seal.

外籍高校毕业生与注册在上海自贸试验区内的用人单位签订劳动合同后，填写《外籍高校毕业生来中国（上海）自由贸易试验区工作证明申请表》，申请人须签名；用人单位填写单位信息，并加盖公章。2.Submitting

用人单位经办人携带上述材料送至浦东新区环科路999弄1号楼一楼受理大厅窗口。

3.Issuance of work certificate

3.核发工作证明The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Pudong New Area will verify the materials submitted by the employer. If the materials are correct, they will issue a "Certificate of Work for Foreign University Graduates in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone" within 5 working days. At that time, the handling unit will be notified by phone to collect them at the door

浦东新区人力资源和社会保障局对用人单位提交的材料进行核实，如材料无误，将在5个工作日内出具《外籍高校毕业生来中国（上海）自由贸易试验区工作证明函》，届时电话通知办理单位上门领取。
