1.A class of foreign high-end talents
一、 A类外国高端人才
Foreign high-end talents (Category A) refers to scientists, leading scientific and technological talents, international entrepreneurs, specialized and special talents who meet the requirements of "advanced, sophisticated and outstanding" and market demand-oriented, and are required by China's economic and social development, as well as meeting the standard of foreign high-end talents for scoring points. High-end foreign talents (Category A) are not subject to age restrictions. If you are physically able to continue to work in China, you can also extend your work permit and work residence permit at the age of 60. It mainly includes:
外国高端人才（A类）是指符合“高精尖缺”和市场需求导向，中国经济社会发展需要的科学家、科技领军人才、国际企业家、专门特殊人才等，以及符合计点积分外国高端人才标准。外国高端人才（A类）可不受年龄限制。如果身体条件能够继续在华工作，年满60周岁也是也可以延期工作许可证及工作类居留许可的。主要包括：

二、 外国高端人才（A类）可享受的其他优惠措施
1. If the acceptance agency has passed the online pre-examination, it will give the acceptance electronic receipt. Applicants do not need to provide paper materials for verification before entering the country;
1.受理机构网上预审通过的直接受理，给予受理电子回执单。申请人入境前不需提供纸质材料进行核验；
2. Foreign high-end talents selected in the relevant domestic talent program can handle the whole process online without submitting paper materials for verification;

3. Foreign High-end Talents (Category A) in line with the Work Classification Standards for Foreigners in China
3.符合《外国人来华工作分类标准》外国高端人才（A类）
(1) selected into the relevant domestic talent plan;

3.Foreign Professionals (Category B) and foreign ordinary personnel (Category C)
三、 外国专业人才（B类）与外国普通人员（C类）
Foreign professionals refer to those who meet the work guidance directory and job requirements of foreigners in China, are in urgent need of economic and social development, have a bachelor's degree or above and 2 years or more of relevant work experience, and should be no more than 60 years old; For those in real need, those who meet the standards for innovative and entrepreneurial talents, professional skills, outstanding foreign graduates, those who meet the standards for foreign professionals who score points, and those who implement intergovernmental agreements or agreements, restrictions on age, education or work experience may be appropriately relaxed.
外国专业人才是指符合外国人来华工作指导目录和岗位需求，属于经济社会发展急需的人才，具有学士及以上学位和2年及以上相关工作经历，年龄应当不超过60周岁；对确有需要的，符合创新创业人才、专业技能类人才、优秀外国毕业生、符合计点积分外国专业人才标准的以及执行政府间协议或协定的，可适当放宽年龄、学历或工作经历等限制。
Foreign ordinary personnel refer to other foreign personnel who meet the needs of the domestic labor market and conform to the provisions of state policies, including foreign personnel coming to China for short-term or temporary work and implementing the quota system management. The age requirement is generally no more than 60 years old.
外国普通人员是指满足国内劳动力市场需求，符合国家政策规定的其他外国人员，包括来华短期性、临时性工作，实施配额制管理的外国人员等。年龄要求一般不超过60周岁。
