3.Talents employed by medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad (for details, see Achievement Standards Description 19), holding senior management or technical positions, or those appointed as chairman, legal representative, general manager, or chief technology expert by small foreign-invested enterprises according to the "Foreign Investment Industry Guidance Catalog" encouraged industry items and "Central and Western Regions Foreign Investment Advantage Industry Catalog" items.

3. 国内外中型企业(详见成就标准说明19)所聘用的,担任高级管理或技术职位的人才,或根据《外商投资产业指导目录》鼓励类产业条目和《中西部地区外商投资优势产业目录》条目,小型外商投资企业所聘请的董事长、法定代表人、总经理或首席技术专家。

4.Professionals employed by higher education institutions and research organizations in senior management positions, or appointed as associate professors, associate researchers, and vocational colleges' senior lecturers, senior internship instructors, and other professional and technical positions at or above the deputy senior level.

1.Entrepreneurs who, as founders of companies, invest with significant technological inventions, patents, or other forms of independent intellectual property rights and proprietary technologies, and whose investment status has been continuously stable over the past three years, with a cumulative actual investment amount of no less than $500,000, and a personal shareholding ratio of no less than 30%.

1. 那些作为企业创始人,凭借其持有的重要技术发明、专利或其他形式的自主知识产权及专有技术进行投资,且在过去三年中投资状况持续稳定,企业累计实际投资额不少于500,000美元,且个人持股比例不低于30%的企业家。

2.Professionals who hold key positions such as chairman of the board, legal representative, general manager, or chief technology expert in companies that have invested, over the past three years, with significant technological inventions, patents, or other forms of independent intellectual property rights and proprietary technologies, and whose annual sales have consistently exceeded 100 million RMB or whose annual tax payments have exceeded 10 million RMB.

2. 担任企业董事长、法定代表人、总经理或首席技术专家等关键职位的专业人士,其所在企业在过去三年中,凭借拥有的重要技术发明、专利或其他自主知识产权及专有技术进行投资,且年销售额持续超过10,000万元人民币或年纳税额超过100万元人民币。

3.Professionals who hold senior management or technical positions and are employed by entities recognized by provincial-level relevant departments and included in the list of innovative enterprises or scientific and technological innovation professions.

02 Foreign Professional Talents (Category B)

In line with the guidance directory for introducing foreign talents to China and the specific demands of various positions, this group of foreign professional talents is urgently needed for the economic and social development of China: Foreign professionals with a bachelor's degree or higher and at least two years of relevant industry work experience. If they meet any of the following conditions:

符合中国引进外国人才的指导目录以及各岗位的具体需求,属于中国经济社会发展所迫切需要的外籍专业人才群体: 拥有学士学位或更高学位,并具备至少两年相关行业工作经验的外籍专业人士。若满足以下任一条件:

1.Talents who hold management or professional and technical positions in professional fields such as education, scientific research, journalism, publishing, culture, arts, health, and sports, and are engaged in scientific research, teaching, and management work.

1. 在教育、科研、新闻、出版、文化、艺术、卫生、体育等专业领域内,担任管理或专业技术职务的人才,他们从事科研、教学、管理工作。

2.Personnel dispatched according to agreements between Chinese and foreign governments, agreements between international organizations, and contracts for economic, trade, and technical engineering between China and other countries, especially those assigned to internationally renowned academic institutions and international educational organizations, will have appropriate relaxation of age requirements based on the exchange cooperation agreement between governments.

2. 那些根据中外政府间协议、国际组织间的协议以及中外经贸和技术工程合同而被派遣的人员,特别是被派往国际知名学术机构和科教类国际组织的人员,将根据政府间的交流合作协议,对其年龄要求进行适当的放宽。

3.Employees hired by the representative offices of international organizations in China, and representatives of overseas expert organizations in China.

4.Middle and senior management personnel sent to China by multinational companies, and principal representatives and representatives of foreign enterprises' permanent representative offices in China.

In principle, these teachers should teach the official language of their home country and should have at least a bachelor's degree and at least two years of language teaching experience. However, if they hold a bachelor's degree or higher in the field of education, linguistics, or teacher education, or have a teacher qualification certificate from their home country, or have a recognized international language teaching qualification certificate, then work experience is not required.

Tailored to the needs of the domestic labor market and in compliance with national policy requirements, other foreign nationals areified as Category C, which mainly includes:
